BookedCentral ("we", "us") is a business-operations platform that helps service businesses manage growth — outreach, pipeline and search visibility — with AI-assisted insights. This notice explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, workspace details); business data you add to the platform (contacts, leads, projects, domains); usage and technical data (logs, device and browser information) needed to run and secure the service.
2. Google user data
Where you (or we, for properties we own or manage with permission) connect Google services — such as Google Search Console — BookedCentral accesses that data through official Google APIs, read-only unless stated otherwise, solely to display it in your dashboard and to generate growth insights and recommendations for you.
Limited Use disclosure: BookedCentral’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features of the platform. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or as part of aggregated, anonymised internal operations.
Storage and security: Google-sourced data is stored on encrypted infrastructure in the EU (AWS eu-west-1), attributed to its source, and retained only while your connection or account remains active. Access credentials and tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed in logs or to other users.
Your control: you may disconnect a Google connection at any time from your dashboard or by revoking BookedCentral’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On disconnection or account deletion we delete the associated Google-sourced data within 30 days, except where law requires otherwise.
3. How we use data
To provide platform features (dashboards, search-performance reporting, site-health audits, AI-generated insights); to secure, maintain and improve the service; and to communicate service messages. AI insights are generated from your data solely to serve you; your data is not used to train third-party foundation models.
4. Sharing
We use vetted service providers (hosting, email delivery, AI inference, SEO data providers) under contracts limiting their use of data to providing services to us. We do not sell personal data. We disclose data only where required by law.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them. UK/EU users: our lawful bases are contract, legitimate interests and consent; you may complain to your supervisory authority.
