Terms of Service

BookedCentral · Effective 16 July 2026

These terms govern your use of BookedCentral, a business-operations platform provided by ConceptCubes Ltd ("BookedCentral", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

BookedCentral provides growth tooling for service businesses: pipeline and outreach management, search-visibility reporting, site-health analysis, and AI-assisted insights. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn as the product evolves.

2. AI-generated insights

The platform produces AI-generated insights and recommendations. These are advisory only: they are generated from data available to the platform, may be incomplete or incorrect, and are not professional advice. You decide whether and how to act on them, and you are responsible for the outcomes of actions you take. AI output is grounded in your connected data sources and is labelled with its basis where practical.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for your account credentials, for the accuracy of data you add, for having the rights to connect the data sources you connect, and for your users’ compliance with these terms. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You must not: misuse the service to send unlawful communications (including unlawful cold outreach or spam); probe, disrupt or overload the service; access another tenant’s data; reverse-engineer the platform; or use it to infringe others’ rights or applicable law (including data-protection and marketing law in your jurisdiction).

5. Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; features may depend on third-party services (e.g. Google APIs, data providers) whose availability we do not control. We may suspend the service for maintenance or security reasons.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design and branding are and remain our (or our licensors’) property. Your data remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf. Feedback may be used to improve the product.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or business decisions taken in reliance on platform output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination we delete or return tenant data in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-product and continued use means acceptance. Contact: our contact form.
